Thanks for following up. At the time I wrote the review, I was frustrated and thought I was just going to deal with the chipped blinds but then decided otherwise. While I was dissatisfied with the initial product I received, the remake was perfect and included all the appropriate pieces and even warranty paperwork (which wasn't in the original blinds that shipped). I am totally satisfied with the remake and with blinds.com's Customer Service regarding the issues with the original blind. My one remaining question is what do I need to do with the original blind which is chipped on one side (where it was cut I'd guess)? Right now, its on the floor in my guest room. One last note - I am very impressed by your company's resolution of the issue. I definitely will use blinds.com again when I update other rooms in my house.
