"I bought these shades for both of my daughters bedrooms. They have the privacy they need while filtering in the natural light. The Easy Rise lift system is the best, the shades stay even whether they're going up or down. The color matched their decor perfectly and they look beautiful inside the room and from the exterior as well."

"This is the perfect product for that hard to reach window. We had alot of light coming in early in the morning as well as some heat loss issues plus a privacy concern for a second story foyer window. Our solution was the Duette Remote Blind. We installed it and it was the perfect solution. Now we can open it when we want the light to come in and warm up the house, close it at night to keep the heat in and it provides privacy to our upstairs hallway and bathroom at night. This was the best product for our issues and the best site to order it from. Pricing was cheaper and the customer service was fantastic."

"this is my 12th duette. I find them to be lightly built, and if the retraction system gets out of whack, they are tempremental. Sent one back and the repair was just 'ok'...but too much trouble to return"

"The ordering process was great ...my measurements were on and the blinds fit perfectly, the only issue I have is that the wrong instruction manual was sent with the blinds..I ordered a vertical lift Hunter Douglas duette blind with the Power Rise feature. The instructions that were packed were for a horizontal side stacking vertical blinds. So I had to call Hunter Douglas to get my Power Rise blinds to fully raise and lower...I had to clear the memory and then all was well. I will work with Blinds.com again..my mother is looking at some blinds as well."
