"I purchased remote control blinds for three kitchen window which are very hard to reach. I'd installed many sets of blinds before but never with the remote feature.
I'm ashamed to say they sat in their box for almost a year because I was intimidated by the remote feature. I shouldn't have been. They installed like a breeze....the instructions were simple and easy to follow and within an hour I had all three blinds installed.
They look and work beautifully....we love them! And I obviously don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering the remote feature. It's a piece of cake! But what's just as important is that Blinds.com's customer service techs would have come to my rescue had there been a problem.
We're very happy customers and can't say enough good things about Blinds.com....it's where we will purchase all our future blinds and so will our friends."

"We ordered the Blinds.com wooden 2" plantation blinds in Super White...they are as fine as any name brand blinds in decorating centers. Installation was easy to follow(video and written instructions), they look great as well as work beautifully. Only glitch was that they didn't send enough screws, but we were able to substitute with some on hand."

"I like the blinds; they are nice looking. However, the design of the valance is poor (I'm an engineer and I know something about design). I split the back in numerous places attempting to attach it. I'm still waiting for a replacement after 3 weeks +."

"I've purchased these blinds twice; last year I placed them in my livingroom and bedroom windows, and this year I bought them for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfect match.
Only one complaint - a couple of the slats were damaged. It looks like they were crushed when a machine punched the holes for the cords. Luckily I ordered them slightly long, so I just pulled the damaged slats. But the issue really should have been caught before they were shipped."

"We ordered the blinds.com brand for the price. We opened 3 of the 7 and hung them. All three were strung askew, and the largest one had many chips on the slats. The pull cord didn't operate as well as the blinds we've had from another company. We decided not to open the last 4, and returned them at our cost. Blinds.com is giving us a refund. We've ordered other products from them before, with no problem."

"The blinds we received from Blinds.com were certainly inexpensive and were decent quality for the price paid. They look nice in the windows and have received compliments.
One thing the company must figure out is how to get accessories (and ask on the website during orders) how high windows are off the ground. We have three windows that are over 14 feet off the ground and no way to open, close, or turn the blinds as there are no accessories avaliable at blinds.com to accomplish this. If anyone has ideas, we are interested.
Other than that, we enjoyed the service and deal we received from Blinds.com."

I have installed many many 1" vinyl blinds over the years, and they are always difficult to install because the screws are so close to the corner ,and those plastic blinds are so flimsy. "We purchased several sets of the 2" deluxe wood blinds for our new home. Following the videos it was easy to learn how to measure for the blinds and how they are installed. One blind arrived with a broken bottom slat. I called the 800 number and within 2 minutes they said they would send me a free replacement slat. How can you beat that!

"We just recently purchased an older home, and needed to replace all of window coverings. I was so nervous about the cost that I put up with drop cloth coverings nailed to the window frames for two months while I researched the best buy for what few dollars I had to spend. I'm happy to say that I just purchased 14 blinds for my house the week before Christmas - horizontal wood blinds for the eleven windows, vertical "S" blinds for the two sliding glass doors, and a cellular "top down bottom up" shade for the entry. Not only did the blinds.com brand wood blinds arrive within 7 business days of placing the order (just in time for Christmas Eve!), they were the most beautiful blinds I have seen! They are high quality, easy to install, and cheaper than those I could get through Lowe's or Home Depot. In addition, they all fit perfectly! There is just no comparison. My husband put all 11 blinds up within two hours on Christmas Eve in preparation for our houseguests the next day.
