"We purchased a new home in June. The custom feature of the home was long double paned windows. They were beautiful and although I didnt want to take away from that, I wanted a window treatment that would flow throughout the house and make each room special. I also wanted to provide the privacy needed, yet maintain the elegance of our new home. The window blinds we ordered were affordable, beautiful and the best addition we could have added to our home. "Despite all the good reviews, I was still a little skeptical to be putting faux wood blinds up all over my house for half the price of the big box stores. Our blinds arrived on the day that was estimated, customer service was incredibly helpful, and everything arrived in excellent condition. My husband had no trouble at all installing them, whereas our neighbors went with Lowes and are *still* struggling to mount their blinds. Our only qualm was with the ragged ends of the valances, but that was easily fixed with a razor on our end. We've had nothing but positive feedback on how nice our blinds look!"

"i bought these blinds after hearing about blinds.com on a radio show commercial. not only did they come earlier than expected, but the look great!
i needed to replace my old aluminum blinds in two of my bedrooms, and they look fantastic. although they are not true wood, you could never tell just by looking at them, and you can't beat the price, especially when compared to Lowe's or Home Depot. these two blinds cost just as much as one from these stores mentioned before, and the online videos were great for helping me with the measuring! they fit my window perfectly, and if i had to do it all over again, i wouldn't change anything. i highly recommend this item to anyone looking for blinds."

"We have blinds that are just over 6 feet wide. They installed pretty easily and look good. The only issue I have is the tilter won't close the blinds entirely. If I rotate the tilter until it bottoms out, the slats at the top close completely, but the slats at the bottom only close partially. If I rotate the tilter the opposite way I get the same problem, but in reverse - the bottom slats close completely, but the top slats only close partially. This still blocks light and closes enough for privacy, but it would've been nice to have it work better."

"To be honest I was leary to order since I had never heard of blinds.com. Now I'm very glad I did. We needed 7 blinds for our new home. After visiting the local stores (lowes, jc penney, etc) doing research I stumbled onto blinds.com from the Bali website. The products seemed to be better constructed than the ones we viewed in person.
We decided to order some samples and see how they looked. Decided on the 2" Fauxwood's in white and a dark wood. We liked them and ordered up all 7.
About a week later, on a Saturday, Fedex delivered the blinds. Everything looked great. I couldn't believe they came on a Saturday. I would think fedex would have charged extra for that and the shipping was free!
I installed them yesterday. It was even easier than expected. The hardware provided is very nice and strong. They look great!
Only reason I gave the blinds 4 stars for quality is one of the blinds had problem with a "string" at the top. I was able to fix it. Also the cut ends had some little "loose" fragements that needed cleaning up.
I also gave the apperance 4 starts because I think the wood style we chose looks "cheap". Maybe it's just me since my fiance loves it.
Overall great product and service. I would recommend blinds.com to anybody. In fact we will more than likely order roman or cell shades from here to finish out the house.

One small issue, I have installed blinds like this before so no problem, but if I had been new to it, there were no instructions included. "The blinds were absolutely gorgeous! We followed the instructions and they were installed without any problems. We did receive one of the valances cracked but when I called Customer Service-let me just say, they are amazing! We had replacements there within 2 or 3 days! I always wanted blinds like these but wasn't ready to pay alot of money for it but I compared the cost with another vendor and I saved roughly $250.00! So I'm very very happy and pleased with the product....You'd be crazy not to get them!"
