"We purchased a new home in June. The custom feature of the home was long double paned windows. They were beautiful and although I didnt want to take away from that, I wanted a window treatment that would flow throughout the house and make each room special. I also wanted to provide the privacy needed, yet maintain the elegance of our new home. The window blinds we ordered were affordable, beautiful and the best addition we could have added to our home. They went up so easily, within one hour, we had installed them all. From my initial order to enjoying them throughout our home, we have been very pleased with our decision to choose Blinds.com. "The blinds were absolutely gorgeous! We followed the instructions and they were installed without any problems. We did receive one of the valances cracked but when I called Customer Service-let me just say, they are amazing! We had replacements there within 2 or 3 days! I always wanted blinds like these but wasn't ready to pay alot of money for it but I compared the cost with another vendor and I saved roughly $250.00! So I'm very very happy and pleased with the product....You'd be crazy not to get them!"

"From ordering, to delivery, to installation, to looks and function, these blinds are great. Blinds.com is my place for blinds. Wasn't too sure about fauxwood blinds, but in a bathroom they're recommended due to moisture. Son of a gun they really do look like wood."

"One of the blinds I purchased was fairly wide and very heavy. I thought it should have come with a center bracket due to the weight, however it didn't. I am now leary about trying to pull it up and down."

"Delivery time was as stated. Overall, I was pleased with the blinds and the timeliness in which they were delivered.

There were no installation instructions included with the blinds, but we were able to figure that out. The large blind had a large dent on the back side but because of time constraints, we did install it. Only hope we don't have problems with it."

"This is the first time that I have ordered from your company. I must say, the web site was extremely easy to use. I truly appreciate how I can order a blind, curtain, drape any way that I need. This makes your company a cut above the rest.

I did have a technical problem with the larger blind that I ordered. For example, the wands were not where I ordered them and the blind came damaged. However, I sent an email to customer service and I have a new blind on it's way. Very impressive...

I have several more items that I will be purchasing over the course of the next six months and will definitely be ordering them from blinds.com. Not to mention that I have told all of my friends and family about your company."
