"The blinds look great and are easy to install. Although I have a problem occasionally with the pull cords upon opening them, they jump the track in the head mechanism and I have too take them down and fix the cord inside so I can close them."

"The 2 and 1/2" Fauxwood Blinds are a great option if you're looking for a clean look that is not expansive, yet doesn't look cheap. Installation was easy and I've had them up for a year now looking as good as new. I've not even had to clean them once. Seems like dust avoids these type of blinds that look just like real wood ones."

"A few comments if I may...The people that I talked to were very knowledgeable and pleasant (a rarity these days). I placed 2 orders last month; the first one had 24 horizontal blinds. We were delivered the entire order and they fit well except for one that was 1" too wide. Pretty good for a 24 blind order I think. I called and a replacement was ordered that day.The second order were vertical blinds that were put on back-order until the material was available.All in all the purchase was a pleasant and "get-er-done" experience.My wife and I will be renovating other properties in the future and we plan to use your services again."
