"I love, love, love the blinds. They are beautiful and we've received many compliments on how great they look both from the inside and outside of our home. I have them installed on the wall above my double patio door. What I didn't like was the instructions. We measured as instructed and the blinds were sent exactly to our order. When we installed them as per the instructions, they didn't clear the floor. We had to reinstall them 1.25 inch higher than the instructions advised so they would open and close. The installation was a piece of work, but the end results were worth it. I would reorder them in a heartbeat, and always from Blinds.com."

"This is a great product. But, the mounting brackets need to be beefier, and made to not need to use extra mounting blocks stacked together in order to extend the bracket over the window frame molding."

"The instructions for the VertiGlide Duets I ordered were out of date, and I couldnt find current ones on either your or Hunter Douglas website. A nice man there did send me the correct instructions after I called, and now they look GREAT in our dining room. "
