"We had a problem with the string that runs up the left side of the blind, it had come out of the gizmo on top. We called customer service. The person tried to walk us through re-inserting the string back in. The directions were fine. However we were unsuccessful in our attempt to get it in correctly. We called back and were assured that another set of blinds were being processed for us. They have arrived and are perfect. "
