If you don't want materials that are cheap, faux wood blinds by might be your perfect choice. The options with the 2" Economy Blind are more limited compared to our other 2" faux wood blinds, but you won't sacrifice quality. You'll just pay less and get remarkable savings. The slats are available in 8 colors (including 3 NEW premium stain colors!). A 3" Crown valance and flat bottom rail are standard.Fauxwood blinds are heavier than wood blinds. So if you plan to raise and lower these often, consider wood blinds as an alternative.Color shown in picture is Antique White 76.

"The Fauxwood Economy Blinds look terrific from the inside and from the outside of the house! I was hesitant at first but have found it's actually easier to order online than to wait for a big box store to cut my blinds to size. These blinds would be heavy to raise and lower all the time but since I usually only open and close the leaver they work great. Giving your exact window measurements is important since Blinds.com will automatically make allowances for the sides. Installing them is a breeze and they come with great quality brackets and hardware."

"I had a very special problem, which your blinds solved perfectly. I wanted a wood look in a seashore house in which wood does not fare well. I wanted to stay in character with the Cape Cod old seashore look, on a summer home budget. The 2" Fauxwood blinds did the trick beautifully. They look rich and expensive, are impervious to the humid salt environment, and are easy to wipe clean. As I was unsure of my measurements I contacted your customer service who took the time to walk me through the measurements of my unique triple window and as a result they fit perfectly, as does the matching single window. Installation was no more difficult than installing mini-blinds. I was so pleased that I have recommended your site to many of my friends. Thanks again to your customer service, they are first rate."

"I'm a cheap person, so I wish it was a little cheaper. However, this place is the cheapest out there. Easy to order, easy to use. Shipping is quite on schedule, not fast, but very reasonable. Product quality looks great for what you pay for. I now enjoy sitting and dine at home now. Feels like a $20 steakhouse place. My whole house is installed with blinds from here. Thumbs up!"

"I had an unusual sized window that I wanted to replace some 30 year-old blinds in. Local home improvement stores were going to charge me a fortune for custom cut blinds, and that was only custom width! I would have to take the blinds apart and shorten them myself (don't like a pile of blinds sitting in the bottom of the window). However, these blinds from Blinds.com were perfect! "We have a strange application for the use of the pair of blinds.....These are being used for a set of doors....each door is four feet wide ...therefore a blind that is 84x50 makes sense.....the real bind comes in the valance.....I requested a valance of 100 inches.....the look great!!!!!"

"The blinds were easy to install. The appearance of the blinds is also nice. I am biased to darker wood, which I did not purchase due to the color of the flooring in my house. "Blinds were easy to install and look great. The blinds I ordered did not have the blackout option and they definitely do not block out all the light. I ordered 2 blinds that were 70 inches wide and they do not bow down in the middle, thankfully. For the $$$, I would definintely recommend these blinds! The named brand blinds might be of higher quality, but for my purposes these are perfect. The only negative about the blinds is that I don't know if I like the cords they used. They might look a little cheap. But you get what you pay for and I am completely satisfied."

"I had been searching for blinds to install over my two side lights and all the box stores wanted a fortune for them. I finely went to the Internet and found Blinds.com and am I ever glad. I called and spoke with Elena in customer service. I told her that I was interested in blinds for two side light windows and a arch to install over the arch window in the door. I told her I only wanting to verify what I had found on your site. She said no problem so I gave her my measurements and discussed what I needed. She ask a few questions priced what I needed and said she could put the order in for me, I told her to go ahead this was the Saturday before the 4th of July. I received e-mail conformation on Tuesday morning after the 4th and the blinds arrived the following Monday. Talk about service that was great. It took a little longer for the arch to arrive but I knew that would take longer. I did call back and spoke with another customer service rep. named Claudia and she was also very helpful . She tracked the order and it was on a Saturday when I called, the factory had closed but she told me that on Monday when they came back to work she would let me know the status of the order. Found out it was shipping on Monday and I received it on Thursday. Could not ask for better service. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the results. We will recommend your company to anyone who ask where we purchased these items. I only wished I had bought the blinds for my house from you guys."

"This is the second time I've ordered from blinds.com and still have no regrets. The first time I ordered some high end blinds for a room project I was doing and they went up and look GREAT. I have no regrets.
The second purchase was for an entire house so my budget deemed that I downscale my purchase price per blind. Even though I selected a budget item, they are still substantially built, look good, and installed like a breeze.
I couldn't be happier. Service was quick and I got updates as to the progress and expected delivery date. This is the way to go. Why pay double or triple for those in the box stores?"
