"I had gotten about 4 different in home estimates for my 3 slider door windows and they were at least twice the price of the cost of Blinds.com. When they arrived the quality was great and they were pretty easy to install. The faux wood verticals did just what I wanted providing me with complete privacy, filtered light or completely open. The staff was also very helpful every step of the way from ordering samples, the actual order and installation. I would definately use Blinds.com again when I need to."

"These blinds are ok - I have a chord and chain version and it doesn't move right to left very easily. Plus, the little string was really twisted inside the track - quite a pain to fix.

Overall, the look is good."

"I heard about this website through a radio ad. Since I needed to upgrade my window blinds, I decided to take a look. A feature that I liked is the ability to customize the blinds in many areas: left stack, right stack, control (wand) placement and many shades of colors and textures of blinds. I submitted the measurements and received my order within a week. The blinds fit just as I had measured and are a substantial upgrade to the cheap metal blinds I had used before. I am impressed with the quality and color of my vertical blinds. These do a great job keeping out the light since they are thicker than the cheaper ones."

"We ordered these blinds on 10/25. After 3 trys, we finally received a good set on 12/09. The first two sets were flawed, but your customer service reps were always helpful and responsive. All we had to do was email a picture of the faulty blinds and they were replaced without question. I'd have to say, with that kind of service, I would recommend your company to anyone. Thank you."

"4 of the pins that hold each blind do not rotate open or closed as much as the others so there is a gap on either side of the pin. Perhaps there is a way to adjust the rotation of the pins, but I was unable to determine how."

"This set of blinds is worth the money. They are easy to put up. I have the outside mounts and the look fine on the wall. My great concern is the gauge of plastic on the end caps of the blind. I believe over time they will break due to stress from opening and closing of product. Furthermore with the wand style the tension of turning wand to the rod that opens and closes each blind panel will stress the end cap to breaking again due to thinness. Yet overall this product solves the problem of living with cat who must climb through blinds to peer out the window.."

"I found blinds.com through a friend. I will be forever grateful to that friend, and I've told everyone I know about the site! My blinds were a piece of cake to order, arrived in a timely manner wth everything intact and were put up by another friend with such ease it amazed me! And they are wonderful - the perfect finish to each room. No, I don't own stock in the company, I just think they are the answer to a prayer if you need to cover your windows!"

"We purchased a total of 6 blinds with very specific measurements and all went well. We were missing slats for one set, but customer service was very helpful and shipped them out right away. Unfortunately, with no fault to Blinds.com, we purchased three of these for sound barriers between rooms, but they didn't help with this enough to justify their purchase."

"My blinds are absolutely beautiful. I love them and intend to get more for other rooms in my house. The only problem I had were the difficult to understand installation instruction. Not that they were difficult to install - they weren't. In fact, they were very easy to install. It was just the instructions that were difficult. Seems like they were written by an engineer for an engineer. A diagram of the overall installation (inside mount) would have been helpful. Like ceiling (top if window), valance, clip (spring to front), insert screws, attach blind mechanism. Simple. Other than that, which actually took maybe 15 minutes once we did the first one, everything else was top notch. I am definitely planning on more!"

"The vertical blinds look better in shorter windows. The first set my husband installed covered two large plate glass windows. I ordered the blinds to open from the center, but one side would not work. However, I sent an email to your CS department and got a response on repair within a brief amount of of time and the rep was concise and courteous. The blinds were cut to the appropriate length and some of the bottom edges were not sanded smooth. On the floor length blinds, it is difficult to get all of the blinds to hang evenly in the opening, and they move with the slightest breeze. However, overall, I am pretty well satisfied with my purchase."

"This was our second purchase from Blinds.com, everything was great like the last time we ordered. The vertical blinds were easy to install and look great covering our sliding glass door. The measurements were right on and all the tools to mount the blinds were sent with. We saved money by buying here instead of the local Lowes or Home Depot store. Nobody was eager to help us pick our blinds out at the big store's anyway. Thanks again Blinds.com
P.S. I hit the buy button twice by mistake and a day later a Customer Rep emailed me about ordering 2 of the same blinds, thanks for the great customer service!!!"

Kitchen window

"I love the blinds ... The only issue (which is pretty big) is that the wall mounting brackets and valence clips are NOT INCLUDED! My husband and I were very disapointed to discover (last minute) that these weren't included.
Blinds.com should include them! Other than that, perfect transaction! Would purchase from again ... Check out pic of my kitchen."

"I ordered these verticals along with another order for shutters. They both were shipped promptly. However, I started the installation of the vertical blinds this weekend, and was very disappointed when I discovered that I was short the main brackets to mount to the wall, the valance clips nope not there..... And the clips for the main slider rail short one. Valance side pieces were twice as long as they were supposed to be.
I had to use pieces from the old verticals I took down to make these fit. Good thing only I know where to look for the flaws."

"I was looking for doors to replace my existing washroom sliding doors when it dawned on me that putting vertical blinds up could solve this problem! So, not only can you use blinds for window coverings, they also work well when you need a quick fix to a big problem. No more unsitely doors that refuse to stay on their track. Pass this information on to others, it works very well!"
