"Our 2" Faux blinds arrived in pretty good shape, with a few scratches on the brackets that were soon covered up by the matching faux wood valence. They work very easily and smoothly, and look better than blinds costing much more. We saved a lot by installing ourselves, and they went up very quickly and smoothly. All cuts were accurate and fit our window openings like a custom shop would fit. We installed these blinds in a professional office environment, and they're working out great. We had to be careful about the product, because in Tucson the sun will eat up natural wood very quickly. These appear to be well built, look just like real wood, and are lightweight enough to make operation easy. I get lots of compliments on them from our customers, and many ask where we got them. "I was a little concerned ordering via the internet because it is difficult to discern exactly what you are getting. However, they look great.
The installation was straight forward. It took maybe twenty minutes per blind to put them up. I was glad I measured the top and the bottom of the window enclosure because on one of the windows the bottom was more narrow than the top."

"I purchased the 2" premium fuax wood blinds for the two front rooms of my house and was amazed buy the quality and color selection they went up very easy and look great ! I have four more windows to do and will be getting the same style and size. "I am so happy, the blinds are beautiful, 2"faux wood with red tape, fits perfectly, and at a great price!! FEDEX delivered them this afternoon and within 1 hr they were hanging in the window. The blinds actually took only about 10 min...the rest of the time I spent getting the ladder, asking hubby to help, getting the drill, asking hubby to help, taking blinds out of the box, asking hubby to help, getting the right screw driver, asking hubby to help. Finally, I left hubby watching golf on TV, predrilled my holes, set my drill with the right screwdriver head and the blinds were on the window in 10 minutes!! Hubby and I are both happy!!"

"For ten years we've been living with the awful, cheap vertical blinds that came with the house. We recently had a few window treatment people come by to give estimates but we were put off by the prices. I decided to place an order for one window with blinds.com. I ordered the 2" Premium Fauxwood "Stains and Paints" blinds. They were pretty easy to install and the quality is much, much higher than I'd expected. The blinds are very well made and don't rattle in the wind. I ordered three more sets, and just placed another order for the downstairs bedroom. Great product at a great price. My only regret is having waited so long to do this."

"Overall the blinds were a perfect fit for what I needed. I work 3rd shift and needed something to cut some of the light that made it into the bedroom. My only concern is the feel of the blind when raising it. They are of heavy construction and the mechanism involved feels/sounds strained under the weight when pulling them up. Time will tell how the design will hold up. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase. Ordering was extremely easy, fast shipping, and perfect fit."
