"Our 2" Faux blinds arrived in pretty good shape, with a few scratches on the brackets that were soon covered up by the matching faux wood valence. They work very easily and smoothly, and look better than blinds costing much more. We saved a lot by installing ourselves, and they went up very quickly and smoothly. All cuts were accurate and fit our window openings like a custom shop would fit. We installed these blinds in a professional office environment, and they're working out great. We had to be careful about the product, because in Tucson the sun will eat up natural wood very quickly. These appear to be well built, look just like real wood, and are lightweight enough to make operation easy. I get lots of compliments on them from our customers, and many ask where we got them. "Overall the blinds were a perfect fit for what I needed. I work 3rd shift and needed something to cut some of the light that made it into the bedroom. My only concern is the feel of the blind when raising it. They are of heavy construction and the mechanism involved feels/sounds strained under the weight when pulling them up. Time will tell how the design will hold up. Other than that I am very satisfied with my purchase. Ordering was extremely easy, fast shipping, and perfect fit."

"We live in California and ordered these for a condo in Florida so arrival time was a primary concern. We did not need to worry. Arrived exactly when expected. My husband was able to install the blinds with only a small hand drill he had packed in his carry on luggage. They look much better than expected based on the priced. My only negative comment is that the "wood" is a little soft so be a little careful when clipping on the headrail.
I would definitley order this product again!"

"I was happily surprised with these blinds, they arrived promptly and were packaged very well. the ease of installation was apparent after the first blind was installed. Only two problems out of 10 blinds. the first was self induced by ordering the wrong size. The other was one of the raise strings is longer on one side (about an inch) so the blind needs help to raise the the top. Very happy with the ease to order and the product. I am in the process of ordering more!"

"These blinds are beautiful in our new home. Most of them were pretty easy to install- although some of the larger sizes were problematic. I was looking for the cheapest possible and ended up buying some faux wood blinds for $25 at WalMart for the bedrooms- those are OK but I really do love the quality of these blinds in our formal rooms."

"I installed these faux wood blinds in my son's room. They are nice quality and look really good in his room . I was a little nervous ordering them because the window was wide enough that I had to order three separate blinds and one valance to span them all, but everything fit perfectly! "So far I ordered about $600 worth of blinds from blinds.com. Hunter Douglas and blinds.com brand. All of them were perfect fit. I especially loved Hunter Douglas! They look so elegant. Installation was a piece of cake. Although screws were kind of long I had to use shorter ones. Packaging was perfect. No missing piece! I paid extra for valances and I love how they look.
