"We purchased the window blinds about a year ago for entire house.

When I wanted to add the vertical blind we had to order a different type to get a color that was close to the window bliinds. It is close enough to not be noticable.

The only issue is putting them up. Be sure you have a strong helper, snapping them into the frame is ot easy..,it takes two people. The chain that turns the blinds appears to be crossed inside..but we will take it apart and figure out why it won't close the blinds.

They do look great on the sliding glass doors that go the deck."

"Our order was received very quickly in a well packed box. All pieces were carefully wrapped. The installation went quickly, once we understood which set of printed instructions to follow. The video link sent to us from Blinds.com was also helpful. Once hung, we could see how nice of a product we received. They block out the light very well and are easy to operate with the wand. We are very satisfied with our purchase."

"Blinds were a xmas present from my father.Installation was easy overall look I'm happy with accents my furnitureonly thing I dislike when I open them the string hands out the track and I really don't like the chain to rotated them.Overall I'm happy with them great Xmas present got good complements on them."

"The color was just what we wanted. The blinds were easy to install. We had to trim the bottom of the blinds as they where a bit to long, trimming was very easy. They keep out the sun, which is what we needed as the sun comes in this door every afternoon. I will purchase any blinds we need from Blinds.com from now on. I will never go back to the home improvement stores again. The quality is so much better than what we have purchased in the past from these stores. Very satisfied."

"Could not completely see what kind of clips were used on the verticals but am very pleased with the final outcome. When I need blinds I certainly would get them for the company. We were not very certain of how to measure but did a good job besides the lack of measuring knowledge."

Vertical Blinds...

"We ordered some faux wood vertical blinds to match our other blinds. They came pretty quickly (maybe 2 weeks or so), and installation was fairly easy once my husband got out the measuring tape.

I ordered samples so I could make sure I got the right color, and you can see how well it matches in the picture I've uploaded."

"I ordered inside mount, and provided the measurements according to the instructions. The width was perfect, but the slats were about two inches too long. The packaging was impossible to put back together even though I didn't tear it up. There fore I couldn't return the blinds and had to individually cut each slat. The valance was a weird size too, too wide and was designed to stick out several inches from the frame.

I bet that I was given outside mount blinds instead of inside mount like I ordered... I specifically wanted inside mount because I ordered these to fit inside my wood wrapped sliding glass door. My valance had to be doctored to fit too. It doesn't hang very straight because it is impossible to use inside mount without major modification. Why would I order inside mount and then have the valance stick out of the window frame?

They look great now that I spent several days making sure all the slats were cut to fit and hang straight. I would have tried to return them but without the packaging I couldn't, and I couldn't find anything else that would match material wise.

Even with all the effort they were a better deal than the 900 dollars all the blinds stores wanted for their custom size verticals."

"I love the chrome verticals. They look beautiful. But the wood verticals aren't near as nice. They don't hang straight because I think some aren't cut right. Also I wasn't sent the holders to secure the rope that pulls them open."

"I'm extremely pleased with my faux wood blinds. They were exactly as I ordered them. The shipment showed up 5 days early too. They were easy to install, I did it myself (a woman!).

I tried to order these blinds from Home Depot, but the sales clerk there told me they couldn't order the faux wood vertical blinds. Plus, they wanted $160 to install them! I had already looked at blinds.com and decided to go with them.

As it turned out, I'm extremely happy and would definitely order from blinds.com again.

Just look at my pictures to see how beautiful my blinds turned out."

"The only problems with this product were: The color was a little lighter than it appeared on the website (which is a risk you always take when ordering online) and the faux blinds just arent that tough near the top where they connect (I broke one during installation). It was super easy to fix though (I used scotch tape), they look beautiful, and they were very easy to install. They also arrived sooner than expected and were the perfect size."
