"I enjoyed the conveniience of ordering on line. so much so, that I did not do much comparison shopping for price. The blinds also arrived in time for my project deadline, as promised.
The 2 complaints I have are: 1- The blinds were rigged unevenly, so it is noticeably "slanted", and 2- I have tried and tried to figure out how to install the valance piece and it is still sittting in the closet. The instructions on this are inadequate. ."

"These were great blinds, easy to install and they look nice, but I was expecting a wood texture. The slats are smooth and satin in finish. They are also VERY soft. If you mishandle them at all they show scratches and dents very easily. I won't likely order these again."

"I ordered about 25 blinds for my new house. First, they shipped earlier than expected, and the order came in perfect size and condition. I was really surprised that an order that big had no mistakes. In my last house, I got the blinds from Home Depot, and they made several errors, and the quality of the cuts were horrible, and that's from people who had to FACE me. The only drawback to my order (and this is minor) is that the screws that came with it were poor, so I bought new ones. But hey, screws are cheap. I'd much rather have the blinds right!!"

"I ordered 1 day blinds and paid for 2 day shipping but it took a week for them to arrive. I only ordered 1 blind to see if we liked the product, before ordering a whole house full - the blinds were a little scuffed and the top part was dented but it's covered by the valence. Looking across the room they look fine, but I'm a little leary about ordering a whole house full. We will probably order the rest of our blinds from Home Depot."

"I was pleasantly suprised at how well the blinds turned out without seeing the product in person before I ordered. I am not real savvy when it comes to putting up blinds--but this wasn't too bad.
