"The premium woven shades were perfect for what I wanted to achieve. The installation could have been easier. I would suggest a copy included in the shippment, because the website wasn't enough information. Color was just like the sample. My only complaint is the hardward used was cheap. "We ordered the Nova Pointe Color in the Premium Woven wood/bamboo blinds. The blinds are a very nice quality and fit just as we measured, but the color is completely different than what appears online (and we've checked it out on three computers). We have similar blinds that we installed years ago on another side of the room and we were trying to match them. The color online appears to be a rich honey color with darker patches of color mixed in places. The blinds we received are extremely dark brown/chocolate with even darker patches. I guess we made the mistake of not ordering samples first, so I would recommend that others do that. We have ordered wood blinds from blind.com before and they were exactly as pictured online. Oh, well--we had to install them as is!"

"Moving into a new townhouse is stressful, and under pressure, bad choices are often made in decorating. To get privacy at the windows in our master bedroom, I opted for tubular fabric shades. Nice enough to pass, and we lived with them for a year and a half.
They were subdued, and I felt stuck with my choice until I perused the Blinds.com website. There were the stunning woven wood blinds in a top down/ bottom up design that was exactly what I needed. I selected a cappuchino color, ordered immediately, and the blinds arrived very soon after that. My husband installed them in a couple hours. We are so pleased with the beauty, the quality and the enormous change they made in the room. Thank you."

"I didn't even have to read the instructions to install these blinds and service, delivery and accuracy to my order was fantastic. I rated quality 4 stars instead of 5 due to a few flaws that I either fixed or were hardly noticeable. The end pieces on each valance didn't quite cover the area, but once they are up, you wouldn't really notice it (tried to capture the ends in the pictures). One blind was missing velcro for end cap, but had some on hand, so I fixed it. The privacy lining is nice -- necessary to control light here in FL. Did not get blackout, but room is plenty dark even in summer. I had 4 windows and a sliding door to cover - needing a little different method of opening for the door. Blinds.com employees were happy to give me information needed to make the choice. Easy website to see prices & offerings. I would buy here again!!"

"I was disappointed in the quality of the blinds considering they were not cheap. The material is very flimsy and it does not lay nice against the window like the other blinds that I purchased before. My opinion is that this type of blind was made very shabby."

"This shade really dressed up my daughter's room. They have a nice texture, rich color, and it was definitely worth it to get the cloth trim on the sides. I ordered my daughter's with the blackout liner and it really does keep the light out. The street light she complained about at night is no longer an issue! I liked the look so much I ordered the same exact woven wood shade for three other rooms in my house. In total, I purchased 7 of them so far and every one of them went up easily and fit perfectly. Great buy!"

"I looked at many different sites and shades before placing my order and while Blinds.com was a bit more expensive than one of their competitors, it was well worth it! I was contemplating going with another company, but found they did not have the premium wood shades that I was looking for- with a bright red living room, I needed a dramatic color, not the basic light and dark brown that other sites offered- I went with "cinnamon." The bound edge gives the blinds a really clean look, too. The samples arrived quickly, as did the blinds, and my husband said they were quick to install as well. A very good experience and I will be back when I remodel my kitchen."
